Zdue (zdue.net) is a B2B invoice and late-payment reminder service for business owners in the United States. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information. It is written to meet California CCPA/CPRA notice requirements. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we are

Information we collect

• Waitlist details you provide before launch: name, email, company, website, industry (and a note if you choose Other), a description of your work, city and state, team size, invoice volume, unpaid amount range, how you chase invoices today, what you invoice with, your role, when you want Zdue, how you heard about us, optional phone with a separate SMS opt-in, optional notes, and campaign or referrer data such as UTM parameters. If you post in the waitlist Q&A, we also collect your name, email, and question. Published answers show your first name and question on the site.
• Account details you provide if you later create an account: name, email, company, phone, billing address, and password (stored by our auth provider).
• Customer and invoice data you enter or import after launch (names, emails, phones, addresses, invoice amounts, notes).
• Payment events from processors such as Stripe and PayPal (we do not store full card numbers).
• Technical logs needed to run the service (IP used for rate limits, timestamps).

Cookies and local storage

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. A first visit to the public waitlist does not set cookies. After you take an action that needs a session (sign in, unlock invite-only signup, unlock the waitlist inbox, open the client portal, or start a QuickBooks connection), we set strictly necessary first-party cookies. Signed-in product pages may also store onboarding and list-sort preferences in localStorage. Campaign parameters from a waitlist link are stored only if you submit the form. Sources

We collect information directly from you on the waitlist form and Q&A, from the campaign or referrer in the link you used, and, after launch, from files you import, from QuickBooks if you connect it, and from payment processor webhooks when an invoice is paid.

How we use it

We use this information to decide who to open Zdue to first, email waitlist signups about opening (confirmation and invite timing; you can unsubscribe in every message), text you about opening only if you opt in (reply STOP to opt out), answer waitlist questions, operate accounts after launch, send invoices and Autopilot reminders, process payments, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Recipients can stop Autopilot reminders for an invoice via the unsubscribe link or one-click unsubscribe header.

Service providers

We use vendors that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), an SMTP provider (email), Stripe and PayPal (payments, after launch), Twilio (optional SMS you send), and Intuit QuickBooks (if you connect it).

Your choices (CCPA)

California residents may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold. After launch, signed-in owners can export or delete their account from Dashboard → Settings. You may also email subs@zdue.net. Deleting an account permanently removes your profile, customers, invoices, and recovery history. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by CCPA/CPRA.

Refunds

The waitlist is free. If you later pay for a plan, billing and refund rules are in the Refund Policy.

Children

Zdue is for business users age 18 or older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
